Service was good. Food IMO not so good. Very greasy. At times the chucked had a nice crunch but for the most part it was soft possibly because it was so oily. No real flavor not even on the spicy chicken sandwich which had fresh jalapeños, I didn’t even get flavor from that. The spaghetti has a bit of sweetness. The mashed potatoes lacked flavor with bland gravy. Fries are thin like McDonald’s but soft due to saturation of oil. The pineapple drink was good. Peach mango pie -flaky but OILY and runny! I didn’t see chunks of fruit in the pie, it was more like a thin fruit jelly. Went on a Sunday before 2:3pm and it was super packed. Lots a families, clean inside, very cold. About a 20 minute wait for food.

Juicy, crispy and bigger than other fried chickens. Spaghetti is sweet and love it. Photo can tell!! Fast service & clean.

The fried chicken was good, but that was it. Everything else tastes like canned food. Service was the worst. No hi or thank you from any employee. It was obvious none of them cared about the customers. The cashier messed up our order, missing three items. No apology. Bathrooms were gross with no toilet paper.

Chicken was not good here today, looks like they haven’t changed their oil in awhile and it taste bad and overcooked. Chicken did not taste as fresh as it used to either. Aftertaste on gravy as well. The price went up but the quality went down. We normally can finish the whole bucket but now 1 piece is hard to finish. Disappointed. I’m

If you are going to order take away, make sure to check if the items are received is correct before you leave this branch. We drove 1 hr + and when I got home, my 2pcs. Chicken is just a piece! Aside from that, the quality of the chicken isn’t the same as the original chicken joy! The breading is just different in taste and texture. I didn’t finish my food. My first experience was bad I had to try this time to give it a chance but this is what I got. So nevermind, not going to eat in Jollibee here in the US.

Ordered at 8:22pm got my order 25minutes later even though it was not busy. We literally just ordered 3 things and saw 4 other customers that was behind me with big orders got taken care off first. Chicken was dry and over breaded. Burger steak was okay. Staff had no apology, refund or whatsoever. Service is usually good but its inconsistent.

The worst burger in all of fast food and most expensive $4 for that ….4 burgers and chicken tenders 40 min… refused to give money back after 30 min of waiting.. I don’t want to hear sorry and visit again… I want you to fix it.. go visit Vegas location and see how it’s supposed to be .

Famous filipino fast food. Most popular is the chicken Joy. We order it for take out and took to our favorite brewery.

I really wanted to love Jollibee. We had tried it in a suburban location and found it underwhelming. I gave it another chance and not much changed to alter my opinion. The ChickenJoy was crispy on the outside and moist inside. The problem is that it has absolutely no flavor. Dipping it in the gravy certainly helped, but the chicken should stand on its own. The mashed potatoes and gravy were pretty standard for fast food. The pineapple coconut pie was awesome though. Service was fine. Nothing special. Small dining room which was crowded during lunch. In a city with amazing fried chicken, there are too many outstanding options for me to justify coming back to mediocre
