Excellent flavorful food! And obviously meticulously prepared by an experienced chef. Even the simplest dish had flourish and careful prep. The chicken wings were indeed jumbo, fresh, very juicy and crispy, done at just the right fry temp to avoid oiliness. The burger was prepared exactly to order and had full flavor. The fries were fresh and delicious with an equally perfect fry temp and texture, and a surprising garlic parmesan sprinkling. The Brownie a la mode was a pleasant surprise. Had the flavor of a hot lava cake and the homemade coffee ice cream was outstanding. Prices are quite reasonable. The ‘down-to-earth’ bar n’ grill atmosphere belies the quality of the food. Will come here again and again!

They let people cut in front of me while waiting in line. I asked if I could sit on the table outside and still be served, the bartender said yes. My placement card was clearly at the end of my table. After an hour I went to check on my food and asked for a status update. The waitress walked half the food to the table table without communicating it to me. I walked back for an update on the rest of the order and they told me they couldn’t find me and served freezing cold food. I asked it to be remade warm and they acted like I’m the problem. Once it was remade there was barely a half strip of steak on my taco. Service couldn’t be any worse. You can tell by the owners response they don’t care. I wasn’t the drunk guy cutting. Nice false accusations.

We tried to get into the pizza place across the street and ended up here. I am so glad we did. The salad with smoked fish was waaaay better than any salad served at the other place. The beer options were similar and the vibe was way better.

Stopped in with a hope we could watch Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, as so much of the surrounding area has spotty-to-no cell signal. What a fantastic place!! Great bar, great people, great nook for watching sports, and we had a late-ish dinner (sliders, wings, salad) that was all we could hope for. Heartily recommend!

Stopped to have a beer and hopefully some food. The cook had just left because it was slow, but the Owner went and made me a brawt. Way above what is expected after 930pm. Tell everyone to stop and support these folks. Good people awesome bartenders and lots to enjoy.
