This place has the best fish around!!! It also has fabulous fried chicken, pork fritters, chef salads. But the POTATO SALAD is to die for!! Tastes just like grandma made it!!! I could eat a gallon of it. Everything else is delicious too. If you haven’t been here, you really need to try it!!! Open Tuesday thru Sunday, lunch and dinner!!

Drove 80 miles from Springfield to eat there met my mom’s husband John from Carlinville some of the best fish I’ve ever eaten in my life I don’t know how she coached that catfish fritters but it is so awesome the sides are all flavorful and good portions we won’t be weekly customers but I would hope to make it there monthly good job guys

Been going to Kathy’s for a quite a few years now and have always been pleased with the food and the service. They have the BEST Fried Chicken dinner around on Sunday. It is all you can eat and served family style, it’s awesome . I would recommend to try it if you haven’t yet.
