Used to be a fan of this place from their very first truck. Really into their brick and mortar location and sad to see them close down. Super hyped up to see them reopen their truck and so sad to see how much the quality has dropped. Currently up with food poisoning that set in about an hour after eating. Aside from that it just isn’t what it used to be. The noodles were clumpy, the broth was really bland and honestly the fried chicken was middle of the road — really a far cry from when you’d be debating a second bowl because it was just that good. The gyoza were still pretty solid and the chashu in the bao was ok.
