We had a few issues with the service. Our orders getting messed up but once they got the order right the food was phenomenal and they were very good at making it right. No attitudes and very apologetic. We will probably avoid ordering on an event night again but definitely will be giving it another chance because the food is sooooo delicious

We came here on a Thursday evening. It was wing night. Our server was very pleasant and attentive to our need. Me and the boys had wings (it was wing night) and they were delicious. We had the garlic parmesan and sea salt and pepper wings along with a side of the medium sauce. My wife had the Magic sandwich. Everything was great. We will definitely will be returning

Eh, it was ok. Older atmosphere. Service was quick. Wings are the way to go if you want to eat. There turkey club and chicken tenders were ok nothing special. On the website is says they have a crispy chicken sandwich came home and we just had tenders on a bun. Bartender was real nice and locals there made it nice. Overall it was ok.

We are regulars here but the service bottomed out. Sorry to leave a bad review but our visit was horrid. We were not finished with dinner yet, but our waitress pushed the checks on us and told us that she wanted our booth. There was only a short line waiting at the door. The whole table paid cash and our waitress would not give correct change back to anybody. We asked about a mischarge on the bill, the waitress said she would take it off but did not. Then she puts the drinks for the next guests on our table before we left, which was really rude. No manager is available to give feed back. The waitress was NOT Alexa, who is our usual server and is wonderful.

New to Bradenton, first time here and it was a Saturday night. Even though my experience wasn’t good, my young bartender/server was incredible as she was juggling a lot. She was pleasant and kept her composure while trying to deal with the bar, food orders and a server who had called in. So my wait and food issues were not her fault. And even in the other complaints I heard, she represented Kelseys well. I ordered the mushroom-swiss burger, med rare. The bun was great, the burger substantial…but overcooked and the cook ADDED lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and a piece of bacon…to a mushroom swiss burger! I didn’t want to wait and I was starved though so I ate it:) And the tater tots are the way to go. Note to the owner if you read this, a couple, new regulars and several people next to them were commenting and complaining about your FRIDAY NIGHT bartender, her poor attitude, service and personality. She may even be a mgr., but they commented she’s in the wrong business and costing you customers.

Ordered the burger special… fries came soggy/chewy and the waitress never bothered to come by to check on the order or to refill our drinks not to mention, new management raised prices outrageously for mediocre food…we will never come back.
