Lately I have been on a Popeyes binge a few times a week. I love popeyes nuggets. I drove by and saw that KFC now has nuggets. So I orders 8 for $4.99. Then I saw the new Double Down chicken sandwich. It has no bread. So I ordered it. No sides. The lady in drive thru was nice. I asked what type of suace they had. She listed them. Then I said I wanted the Buffalo. After leaving and opening my bag I noticed she gave me Honey Mustard and KFC Suace. So that really let me down. As for the nuggets. On scale 1 to 10. I give them a 2. They were tiny. And soggy. Popeyes are an 11. They are big and crispy. Now onto the double down. I give it a 9 out if 10. It was very good. Very filling and didn’t make me sleepy.

Now I know why KFC is shrinking fast in Va. Restaurant closed before advertised time. Website has wrong closing time but they closed before door posted hours. Gone to Popeyes and had a great meal!

The chicken is awful!! It appears that this KFC is using a different recipe. It taste nothing like KFC. And they will give you very old food through the drive through. The chicken made me extremely sick. When I called to complain they pretended they didn’t understand English. After trying this KFC on several different occasions and the food horrible. You pay good money for food and in return they will give you garbage.

This location is in a horrible spot to get to and to exit from, especially at rush hour. They don’t have curbside pickup, only inside pick up. The order was sitting for 10 mins before the posted pick up time in the app. No notice given on the app when order was completed.

This is the second time that I ordered using the app and arrived at the pick up time and still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. I paid through the app or I would have left. Both times the guy brings the food to the car and says nothing. Not I’m sorry for the wait, nothing. I will not be returning to this KFC. The whole point in ordering using the Quick Pickup on the app is for me not having to wait. Not acceptable!!

the gentleman that checked us out was a pleasure – he was so clean – he was assisting in drive thru and walked over to take our order – held up his finger to say one moment and went to wash his hands in the visible sink area ( well done) he came back and spoke to us as well was speedy with everything without being passive. Placed an online order. Drove to the store and arrived 30 minutes before their advertised closing time. They had an automated message at the drive thru saying they were closed and I went to the unlocked door where the employee was moping. She told me they were closed. I explained I had an order I had already paid for online. She said something to another employee in Spanish and shut the door on me. I was able to get a refund by calling customer service, but I suggest calling before you drive to this location. They make their own hours.
