To whom it may concern my husband bought a 12 piece bucket of chicken for 30 dollars. Guess how many pieces of chicken were in the bucket??? 10!!! I would have to calm down to get to furious at this point. We are owed either money back or 2 free pieces of chicken. This place and the workers are extremely trifling.. not only do they get your order wrong and your missing items they have an attitude when you tell them and act as if cursing the person behind them makes you feel better I will feel better if my food was cooked properly and the customer service was adequate. THEY NEVER CHANGE OR CLEAN THE GREASE POT..

I did an order for pick up. Ordered at 6:20 for 6:45 pick up time 10/9. My husband got there and no chicken was ready?? It’s literally a chicken restaurant how do you not have chicken ready?!?! He waited until 7:30 with still nothing ready with 8 people in the drive thru, and multiple Uber eats drivers in the restaurant. As of right now, they keep pushing the pick up time back and it’s 8pm!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Do NOT go here! My husband said there were only 2 employees working. I emailed the KFC corporate to get my money back since he left without food.

We went to this one, which we typically avoid, because the one we like was so busy we knew we wouldn’t get good service. This one is always slow and usually littered, and like normal, they overcooked our hot wings. There was a large spill on the floor and it was quite slick. There was a warning sign, but it looked like no efforts had been taken to remove the standing water. The customer in line in front of us was complaining about having fallen in it but the girl behind the counter acted as if she didn’t hear. We waited for the wings to cook by choice, but it took close to 20 minutes, not the 10 minutes we were told. Straw papers and spilled drinks were all over, but there were 6 or more people working. None cleaning.

I got an 8 piece through drive through it was old burnt and smelled like old oil. It was the one night my family was looking forward to something. I usually dont complain or write a response unless good but come on now we all got busy days but to serve this as food. It smelled bad come on now thats just wrong. It was 30 dollars. I work hard man and was going to treat my kid. And i live 30 min away hope I am never your nurse.
