I did an online order and it said it would be ready in a few minutes. It was then changed to about 15 minutes. I watched other people come and order after me and leave with food. I ended up waiting over a half an hour and I think it sat there for a little even though I asked about it. Then they also did not include my mashed potatoes and gravy, and ranch for the chicken nuggets. Otherwise the food was not bad.

Went through drive-thru ordered a 12-piece family meal. At window was given a bag of hot sweet tea. Ask for a cup of ice offered to pay. Was informed that I would have to pay for a drink just to get a cup of ice. After receiving my meal asked for honey was only given two packs for a full family meal by cashier Christopher. Will not be returning to this location again

I have been wanting to try the new wraps. I was so disappointed. They were terrible. The chicken was so dry I could not swallow it. The wrap consisted of one small chicken tender and pickles put in a tortilla that was so dry I cut my lip when I bit it and a brittle piece broke off. The entire lunch went in the trash can. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!

Trash. I ordered the original recipe and I couldn’t taste no seasonings along with the fact that the grease was burnt . Instead of getting mac and cheese I got what looked like a yellowish gravy bowl with a little bit of mashed potatoes on the bottom. Prices are up and quality is down to the ground at places like this

We got the chicken wrap combo. On the menu it says you get the wrap with chicken pickles and mayo. This is the only accurate thing! The wrap was so small. There was little to nothing on it and it cost 8.00. I guess since you get two and French fries with a drink it makes it ok. We both were still hungry afterwards. It costed us 16.00 for two of us to eat and to Still be hungry… I don’t know it just felt like we had been robbed!

Kfc isn’t my go to but I decided to stop by tonight after work. I ordered the Buffalo wing combo, the spicy chicken combo, and a chicken leg. I didn’t check my bag until I got home which I normally check before I pull off so thats my fault…. The fry boxes were laying down once I checked them their were about 6 fries in each box. Instead of them giving me the chicken leg they gave me a biscuit instead. The Buffalo wings were trash hardly any meat so I just picked through them.. This was definitely money wasted. I will not he coming back here.

If only I could give 0, always check your order before leaving. Missing item on a visit, called restaurant, no one answered, missing item not honored. Returned on another visit, which will be my last, horrible service, I was only customer in restaurant, no greeting, long wait before being served. Why work in a customer service industry if you don’t want to give respectable customer service. Whoever owns / operates this particular establishment obviously does not care. I will not give this poorly operated business my money, will gladly drive further to get much better customer service.

For a long time service here had been terrible but around early 2022 or so that seemed to change. People were friendly and helpful. But on my last visit 2/6/23 it appears to have reverted back to the old ways and worse. The worse is, the 12 piece bucket of chicken I got didn’t even taste like KFC. There were no “finger lickin good” seasonings on the breading and the chicken was well overcooked and appeared to be fried in really old oil. 1 wing was no bigger than my thumb. My wife and I agreed that for nearly $40 we should not be getting minute pieces of chicken that don’t taste any different than WAWA. I fry a lot of chicken at home and I can easily make chicken that taste more like KFC than this location seems to be able to do. At first I though maybe the quality issue is just a couple/3 pieces, but no, it’s the whole bucket. They sealed the deal for me, as I’m never going back there and will seriously question my desire to visit any other KFC now.
