Unbelievable. I just paid $22 for the fill up box for my family of three. First they told me they were out of fries, so I picked Mac and cheese. Paid, then they tell me they are out of biscuits. So my choices are cookies or another side. I chose cookies. Drive home, unpack my $22 dollar meal to find, mashed potatoes, the tiniest 4 cookies I’ve ever seen in place of 4 biscuits. 12 nuggets and 4 pieces of “extra crispy” chicken. The chicken was oily, obviously old and very dry. Also one of the “pieces” was a wing. A wing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not sure who the girl was at the drive thru window but she was completely and utterly rude. I let them know that I had a mobile order to which she responded either come around or that i needed to come inside. But I honestly couldn’t really hear what she she said. I get to the window and she didn’t come to the window at all. So I go inside instead and someone was coming up behind me as I was going to park and she came to the window for them and gave them their food. No to mention when I went inside everyone acted completely lost and just as unprofessional. Will not be returning I’m completely disgusted by the customer service

100% utterly and completely rude, vulgar. Girl in the drive thru today at approximately 4pm, whoever did raise you should be disappointed. You exist at the fast food joint job to make that company money, with that being said you’d be fired in a heartbeat if it were up to me. Learn how to talk to people. Needless to say, we went to Arby’s. Their neighbor right there. Service was great, and food was delish. Such a nice area for such scum.

Besides the fact the fact that if you go at a certain time or day, and you may not get chicken….. I was irritated when I went today to get the Nashville tender combo, only to think I was going to pay one price, PER THE ADVERTISING AT THE DRIVE THRU, and then get the intercom to see ANOTHER price at the actual menu board, which was of course Higher.

Ordered delivery from here. Didn’t get the correct order and was never able to get in contact with anyone. Was very disappointed to not receive any help from corporate or this location specifically. If you are going to get food from here it may be easier to go in person instead even if it’s much less convenient. I’m sure the staff at the store are being overworked and I wouldn’t be shocked if they are heavily understaffed. This store’s employees do not seem to be the issue as we’ve gotten food from here before and the food itself is fine. The issue is with the corporate side of things.

Hmmm, I haven’t been here for a while and by my experience here today, I probably won’t be coming back anytime soon. The person taking my order was nice but I think he was getting tired of working there. I ordered through the drive through, paid for it and then I was told to wait 3 minutes for the chicken. I pulled up a little like they asked, sat in my car for 5 minutes, no one shows up. After about 20 more minutes, a girl comes out the side door to give me my food. She just says “here you go,” at least an apology for waiting so long would have been appreciated. Any ways, I open the bag to see if I Received everything I ordered. I saw a whole lottttt of oil sitting in my food. Is that normal? That’s a whole lot of oil for the meal I was getting. If you don’t believe me just look at the picture I took. I took some Napkins and let them soak up some of the oil because I was not eating all that. And the cookie is very small and tastes kind of old. I Don’t think I’ll be coming here for a long time.

Difficult to understand the girl at the drive up through. Had to place the full order 3 times to get it correct. I had a regular and diet Pepsi. When handed to me I asked which one was which. The girl said I don’t know. I asked how I was supposed to know which one was witch and she said I guess you can taste them-one will be stronger than the other! Great customer service! The chicken had obviously been cooked for a while as it was dried out and not easy to chew. I failed to ask if the receipt was in the bag and not surprisingly no receipt was in the bag. I would recommend that anyone looking for a chicken meal to pass by this place and spend their money somewhere else!
