Don’t waste your time coming here! The lady at the counter… or shall I say person at the counter, “far from a lady” was so rude. I didn’t even want my mother and my daughter to sit inside and eat. Truly ridiculous. Food took forever, couldn’t order chicken strips, as we were told they are all frozen. They could not provide a receipt as they were out of paper!?!?! How does corporate, even let this happen? Super sad!

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! I was told one price at the speaker, another price at the window, and a even had a different charge on my bank statement. I would have disputed the entire amount however, being that I received my correct order in addition to the UPGRADED drink I did not ask for, I did not. Charging people for things they did not order or request is NOT a good business practice and training/refresher on a CODE OF ETHICS and MORALS need to be implemented ASAP.

Today at approximately 1:45pm I ordered two large orders of coleslaw at the drive through and was charged $12. Fearing the price was a little too high, I asked for a receipt and the cashier advised me the receipt printer was not working. When I returned home I was disappointed to find the two orders of coleslaw should have cost $9.18. I later returned to the store, asked for the Manager. I explained the scenario described above and was shocked of the reaction by the Manager. After discussing the issue with the drive up window cashier she began to look through the trash for a receipt to try and reconstruct my order. She then tried to dissect my description of events. “What time were you here? How much did you pay? Did you order some thing else?” After answering her questions she began again to search through the trash for a receipt. I did not return for any compensation or freebies although she finally gave me three dollars but instead of thanking me for bringing this issue to her attention she asked that I not return to the store. It is managers like that that gives KFC a bad name. I am a retired executive of Major casino, a two time retiree of State Regulatory Agencies and the Manager I encountered today should be terminated or at a minimum suspended for failure to properly address a customer complaint.

Straight garbage. After waiting at the counter for the lady to stop playing with her phone (with her gloves on) she comes over with a horrible attitude. As I ask her a question she tells me “just hold up, I’m about to clock out”. I ordered the two wraps for $5. I understand before ordering it probably won’t be a lot of food but ….. Really? I didn’t look at the menu but I’m almost certain more comes on here

This KFC at 4025 Holcomb Bridge Rd is very bad and dirty. When to purchase a three piece chicken dinner, the always gives you all Thighs and the picture clearly shows a leg, breast, but they never gives you what is in the picture. This is to be expected because there only African American staff working there, very bad customer service indeed! They have loose my business for sure! Robbing the neighborhood with not a care in the world. D-

This is absolutely the worst KFC that I have ever eaten at, and like a fool I keep going back giving it another chance. I just had their four piece extra crispy, and all of the chicken was very very dark as if it was cooked in very very old grease. It was absolutely horrible and a total waste of money. I am praying that my son and I don’t get sick. I would not feed this to a dog.

I waited several minutes for someone to take my order. I requested a cup of water, that costs $1!!! I got my coffee out of the truck… I waited 5 minutes for the food which didn’t even taste good… A wasted trip and wasted money. Don’t bother wasting your time coming here.
