Not a fan of KFC generally but wanted to try the famous bowl. I went through the drive through and order went fine. When paying for the order, the employee decided to have an attitude and snatch the change from my hand. In return, I snatched the food right back. This location ALWAYS drags and the service is HORRIBLE. KFC NEEDS BETTER EMPLOYEES WITH BETTER SERVICE. To add, my girlfriend recently bought the new chicken wraps 2 for $5. When she got home and opened the wraps, it literally looks like a toddler put it together. Slapped a tiny bit of sauce, two pickles and a piece of chicken poorly wrapped together. Yes I understand fast food is made “fast” and you get what you pay for. It would be nice to actually receive the food you pay for with good service for once.

When reading reviews , I keep things in perspective, but this place was un eatable! I’ve never been more disappointed from a fast food restaurant. When we got home, of course, it was discovered they forgot to give us the 2 graveys that go with with 16 piece meal. When my bf went back they didn’t even apologize! They only tried to give 1 gravey . We paid for 2! To top it off the biscuits were under cooked. I tried to bake, but they are still doughy after 2 attempts. Terrible!

Went through the drive thru around 9:25 pm and I understand it closes at 10pm. There’s a prompt at the drive thru that said they were closed as soon as I drove up. Thought I maybe misunderstood what it said so I drove up to the window and saw an employee, she seen me and hid. Tried going inside and it was locked with 2 people eating inside with the lights off. Not surprised from the comments I’ve read so far, guess I have to drive further into the city to get a proper kfc meal smh.

The place opens at 10:30 am. I came there at 11.30 am. I tried to enter the building and could not enter. Went through drive thru and talked to someone there and could not order the spicy chicken and all they had was regular chicken. I left and will never order anything from them

I was at the north Harlem location on Thursday March 23rd at about 7:15 p. and I was taking my time to order and I looked over the counter and the girl who was helping me was sitting in a small area Vaping~I couldn’t believe it so I said hello and she got up and took my order.,she should do her Vaping on her brake and outside.I used to work at McDonald’s and i was told if you had time to lean,you had time to clean which is true so someone should talk to her.

One of the few KFC near me continue to carry original chicken. Dad has no teeth of his own. Therefore, the crust on original is soft enough for him to enjoy some fried chicken, now and then. So appreciate this remains on menu. Thumbs up! Tasty as well 🙂

Well, the food was fine, but we got a 16 piece family pack (or whatever it’s called… The chicken, 2 mashed potatoes with gravies and 2 coleslaws, I don’t remember how many biscuits )… Paid for 16 pieces, only got 12… My wife asked me to call so we could get the remaining 4 pieces, then changed HER mind… Like she was gonna eat any of those 4 pieces anyway… Me, in the other hand, coulda done some damage… So the next night, I get less chicken… That just ain’t fair… So I take one for the team because my wife changed her mind, and good ol’ Yum Brands and this specific franchisee gets to save some money… Unless of course the person who served me took 4 pieces home.. SMH
