I ordered the three piece white crispy dinner. The chicken was old and probably sitting there from lunchtime. The corn was old and cold and I received no biscuit. I even asked the manager and was assured that all was fresh. No wonder this place is never busy.

Idk. I can never seem to get my food right here. I asked for a #9 3 piece tenders. At no point did I mention Nashville hot nor did I ever want it from kfc. On all the food I orders I said no pickles. Should have read the receipt that says pickles on the chicken. This stuff is just bad. I just wanted some tenders and not even that was right. Nashville hot taste like someone just dumped seasoning and it’s just not good. I come here every few months hoping it’s better. Staff is friendly so hence the 2 stars. But please, don’t serve this. I only wrote this review because from the last 8 times I got KFC maybe 1 or 2 were right. I can’t eat this. It’s like licking seasoning salt. Very disappointed and now see why no more locations exist.

This is just another example of how corporate chains have fallen off. The employees feel it necessary to express, subtly but visibly, their displeasure at a customer entering even though it was slow. There was very little from the menu actually available. I’m told it would be 12 minute wait for extra crispy or 20 minute wait for original. It’s one of those places that sells basically one thing but will be out of that one thing. I was also over charged by a dollar on one occasion. At first I thought nothing of it, simple mistake. Looking back though it’s like that’s actually suspiciously small as if meant to escape notice. I do enjoy the taste of KFC. I would pay the higher price, but I won’t pay a premium to have to also be vigilante over my receipt and order and possible have to wait 20 minutes just because the manager wants to play it safe. I understand he wants to maximize every dollar but he should understand nobody is going to wait 20 mins for fast food when it isn’t at all necessary. Other places sell chicken. KFC chicken is unique and desirable, but not at the cost of their managerial problems. It had been like 6 years since I bought KFC and I was reminded why.

Yeah I’ve been going here a lot but I’m done with KFC. Twice now the night crew has shorted me on biscuits, forgotten sauce cups and given me the wrong amount/pieces of chicken. The truth is they don’t care and they don’t belong in the chicken wars anymore. Just sit this one out KFC. You’re done.
