I bought $50 worth of food 4 combos and asked for 7 honey BBQ and 7 Ranch dressing and the guy in the drive thru said he couldn’t give me but 4 sauces and charged me an extra $3.00 for the sauces.

Spent $10.46 on a spicy chicken sandwich combo, when food arrived I asked for some ranch dressing for the fries. I was told I had to pay extra for the ranch? I guess $10.46 isn’t enough money for some ranch dressing for my fries. I won’t be back here again. Power of the purse.

No bathroom. Customer service is average to poor. Lack of attention by employees and left counter empty. Bad for business. The lack of a restroom is a definite minus. By the way- Popeye’s across the street doesn’t have one either. But they have someone always at the counter and are cheaper. Figure it out.

Was just here today. They tried to get over on me. Cashier said transaction didn’t go thru so we did it a second time. Checked the EBT app and she charged me twice. Spoke with manager, he said only one charge showed on their end. Called EBT customer service, two transactions. Manager still wouldn’t refund me. Called corporate, we’ll see what happens.

Every KFC I have ever been to and I have been to many in different states I have never had a problem ordering a 2pcs thighs only meal, I was told I would have to buy a 3 PCs meal in order to get 2 thighs because they would have too many legs left!! Which is horrible customer service! I haven’t ever had that problem at any other location before! The demeanor of this employee was not acceptable. This was at the drive thru.

Food was not all that.. mash potatoes still wasnt mixed up right !chicken wasnt extra crispy liked i had ask for and my 2 choclate cookies they didnt put them in my bag Didnt get them at all. And i had ask napkins spoons etc ..ive been going to that place since i was a kid..its not the same..you guys need better cooks that know what there doing…NO STARS FOR THAT KFC

Bad experience my card declined due to it being locked they threw my food in the trash so when I back in to pay I had to order all over again my order wasn’t that big and nothing was right I don’t drink soda I asked for all lemon aid they gave me Pepsi for one specific order I asked for mass potatoes instead of fry’s they gave me fry’s every order came with a biscuit they asked me did I want honey I said yes extra please they said ok like the order was correct I get all the way home no honey so yeah I think listening skills should be implied
