Horrible service. She got my order wrong, So I repeated my order to be clear, girl thought I wanted double. She was bet out of shape at the window. Acted like a little brat because she was wrong. Manager apologized said they’re dealing with a lot. Yeah you’re dealing with a girl who flunked out of school and is quickly learning flipping chicken isn’t her calling. He calling is heavy makeup and a bad attitude and no gym routine.

Ordered 3, $7.99 2 piece box and the girl who took the order was confused with her products so after back and forth wasting 10mins I think got it right.. I was wrong. Here is the kicker, let’s round it off to $8 so if I placed an order of 3 boxes that should be $24 without tax and with tax $27 give or take. She rang up as $40 and something cents! I was like what?! So, pulled up and asked how’d you end up $40 +/- cents? High cost of food, ok why didn’t you post it up on the board? She couldn’t answer that so she rudely asked you gonna buy it or not? Well with that attitude and can’t even explain how 3 orders of 2 piece was more expensive then bucket promo I was dumbfounded. So I left. Checked the KFC app and viola it’s $7.99!! Owner should teach basic customer service, basic arithmetic, and overall teach what products you’re selling! And bonus round: common sense! God I should’ve went to Popeye’s chicken!
