It’s great to be able to create your dish, but my food was overcooked and they got crispy. Fried rice was under cooked and cooks were inconsistent on asking for items available. Service was good and there is plenty of partking.

Food was cooked to perfection, the real issue is the quality of the meat and veggies; the green onions had close to zero flavor, the fish just tasted off, (but it didn’t make me sick) and the Cilantro brought nothing to the dish. The chicken was so-so but the beef was great . Spice selection was very nice, and the added oil and sauces really bring the dish together.

Just want to share that the manager (I believe the manager) on June 24th working around noon was amazing! Went out of his way to assist me as I had my infant in a carrier in one arm and making a plate with the other. He definitely did not need to go out of his way but made an amazing impression doing so! Food was great too!

It’s really hard to take a picture before digging in. With COVID precautions. The have u wear gloves as you go down a buffet line to choose what you want. Chefs are amazing and kind. I had not been in over a year (since I moved out of town) i got a sauce but when I tried it i wanted more flavor, chef let my try all the sauces and tossed it in the grill on the corner away from other people . Great experience!

Best khans in valley no doubt! Staff is always super friendly & understanding. Been a customer for over 5 yrs would go to edinburg location but ever since relocated this one is closer & far better. Foods always on point, & for the pricing can’t go wrong my wife loves this place..

The food was good (not great, just good) The hostess ended up being my waitress (cause I had no idea what to do). She helped me pick out my “stuff”. They call it an, “experience”. I found it to be just a glorified grilled Mongolian beef/seafood/chicken/veggies/ rice/noodles, kind of’ place. They cook it while you stand and wait. Would much rather sit down have them bring it to me like normal. Guess that’s supposed to be the experience including me picking my fixings myself. If you like Mongolian Beef type of stuff, I recommend it. Now, you go do you!
