First time ever eat here. We came in on a Sunday around 12 noon not to busy but it was getting busy by time we was done. The waitress was very nice, friendly, always there if you needed something, and she knew about all the food. We even spoke to one of the cooks in the kitchen and she was very nice. If need be I can tell y’all both of their names. I added a few pics of our food. Next time we come to Richmond I hope to eat here again one of my new favorite places

Other half and I decided to go today for a quick lunch. We sat at the bar. The waitress was very prompt. We ordered the Philly Egg rolls with the jalapeno cheese dip. Hubby got the grilled wings with ranch, I got chicken Philly with Mac n cheese he also got fries. Good food good vibes good times

The food and service here was amazing to our group of 12. JOURNEY is an amazing hostess. Many delicious options . I personally like the New Orleans pasta and BBQ fried wings and baked beans . Please taste this food if you are in the area!

This was my first time at Kickback Jack’s and I really enjoyed it. I tried the Fish n Chips. The food came out real quick. It was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was ok. Your typical sports bar with flat screen tvs everywhere. I will definitely return. I heard the Firecracker Shrimps is a must try!

We t at Patrick’s day around 2 pm it was so crowded no parking but I was lucky to park a little far but worth the trip food was lunch combo wings dried rub and fries delicious always food is consistently good beer tall and cold and watched march madness great atmosphere loads of nice looking men of all cultures and women families out dining as well waitress Spanish young lady gave perfect service… Gave a nice tip of course.. will continue to visit again .. and met a nice guy there as well.

Steak and cheese egg rolls were ok. I had to get jalapeños on the side for some kick. The waitress and staff were excellent. I attended with a party of almost 20, and only minor adjustments needed to be made.

Food and atmosphere was excellent. Ordered the salmon, fish and chips, a burger and the Buffalo chicken wrap. Delicious! Service was a little slow compared to how few patrons there were at the time but not too bad. Great prices, can’t wait to go back and work through the menu.
