Such an amazing experience. The food was seasoned very well, amazing service, and a clean restaurant. The staff was super nice and attentive. I purchased the broil bag and it was soo much food I had more than enough to take home for a second serving. I will be coming back again before leaving Richmond!

Wow I’m very impressed by the freshness and tastiness of the food in this restaurant. Service was amazing our server was so sweet. We (10) came in during their busy hour but they still handled it perfectly. Everyone in my party left full and satisfied. They do charged 18% gratuity for six people and more as a group including separate checks and separate tables which is very common in restaurants nowadays so that’s very understandable. There’s notice on the door you first walked in and it’s on the menu and even on the table. So if you cannot afford that I guess this is not the right place for you 🙂 They really took their time doing their job and they surely did a great job making us feel welcome and we appreciate them 🙂

I have been waiting to dine here for months and the food did not disappoint! I started with the fried cauliflower, and it was good, but I felt it lacked without a dipping sauce. (One of the linguine sauces might remedy this.) Then, I ordered 1 lb.of the King Crab legs and 1 lb. of the headless shrimp. They were perfect! The way they are prepared and delivered to the table is ingenious (see my pic). They come with a bucket, and you can request a bib . … there are different seasonings for the seafood and they can be repaired steamed, fried or boiled. There are two different types of mussels and three different types of crab on the menu. You can even order boiled eggs as a side, if you wish. I highly encourage you to visit this new seafood restaurant.

My wife and I tried this place out tonight for the first time. What a new and fun experience! We ordered one of the boiled specials and it came served in a sealed plastic bag with everything, including the garlic butter sauce. It was fun to pop the bag and share a delicious dinner. We also ordered a side of hush puppies, which were perfect. We highly recommend if you are wanting seafood!

First time visit will not be coming back. Shrimp were very small and texture was not meaty. I was next time would have better shrimp. Sauce was just hot no flavor. Corn was tough. Mgmt did not want to compensate for the bad experience.

I used to get delivery all the time through Grubhub but I think I may have to no longer do that with them. $8 for onion rings and this is all I got….. I’m disappointed. Their portions have gotten significantly smaller and their price has gone up. I understand shipping costs but a pound before should be a pound now.

We have eaten at this restaurant twice in the last month and I have gotten takeout about bi-weekly in the past few years. The food is good; about normal for the seafood restaurants of its type. We have never experienced an issue with food. Cocktails are always good. Restaurant staff seems a bit melancholy. I’m really trying to narrow it down and not just blame the restaraunt itself. My hypothesis is the heavy increase in these boil-and-broil seafood type restaurants is over saturating the local market and thinning out its market share. I say that because I remember this restaurant used to be consistently busy when I used to get takeout here often, so business-wise something has evidently changed. Nevertheless, the restaraunt and food is fine, but the melancholy staff does bring down the atmosphere, especially on a date night. Because the food quality is consistent I might just switch to take-out for now and support ‘dining in’ at a later time. But I will continue to support this business.
