I have never had an issue with King Eggroll. We buy from them at least once a month. The lady I dealt with today on Leigh she was very rude. Seemed like I was bothering her phone conversation. Was not being very clear about quantities and prices. I ended up paying $68.00 for 34 eggrolls. Maybe that is the correct price but all I can do is try to calculate on my own as she didn’t even give me a receipt. The friendly helpful service I am used to at ALL King Eggroll locations was not what I received today very disappointed.

Horrible customer service, I stopped by this place for lunch and the lady at the register was terrible. As it was my turn to order food she answered her personal phone speaking very loudly where she clearly could not have heard what I was trying to order. I asked her for 2 shrimp balls and she gives me 3. I ask for 2 egg rolls and she was trying to give me 3 as well. I then ask her for extra sweet and sour sauce and she says “there is no more and throws in siracha sauce” without me even wanting any. I would give this place an ZERO star if I could. Definitely not coming back to this place .

Just horrible. The chow mein veggies were raw and dumped on top of soggy noodles. The “salt and pepper” ribs? Tiny, anemic, flavorless. Wrong item in bag (ordered potstickers, got shrimp balls). No sauce with the egg rolls. And the “Mongolian Beef” was just plain beef-no sauce or spice or crunch. Go to King Egg Roll.

When they are fresh and hot, there is no equal to their eggrolls! So delicious! We ordered ahead and picked them up when it said they would be ready, but they were cold (thus, 4 stars). Still hit the spot, just made us a little sad. We also tried their salt and pepper fish. Yum! Definitely a dish we will order regularly.
