I came in with a group of about 20 people, which could have been chaos, but all of the employees here did a wonderful job with patience and kindness. The food is fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is pleasant, welcoming, and very clean. (I love a clean bathroom!) Overall, a wonderful experience. I will definitely come again and will recommend this place to others.

My Husband had heard about ‘Ksero’ and he said he wanted Me try it out, considering I like Venezuelan food. I’d been searching for a spot w/TASTY Plantains. I hadn’t had Any GOOD 1s, since B4 Masa’s Kitchen closed their storefront. Ksero’s are good, depending on who cooks them. I’d been going here quite a bit, but had an issue with my debit card being recharged a week later!! I spoke w/the Owner’s wife, who is usually Nice. She called me and said she was cking w/their bank, but NEVER followed up. So I had to Cancel my card with my own bank. Unsure why this happened or why they still had access a week later bcuz that’s never happened before w/them… ♀️ They STILL should’ve called back to resolve this situation.
