The best pure sushi omakase I have ever experienced. No over-reaching with additions, just the best fish and amazing rice with Chef Phan’s house recipe vinegar seasoning. The flex comes from uni less than 48 hours from Japan and the amazing treatment of ingredients.

Everything about this meal was amazing. This is probably the best sushi and experience in chicago. They add more or less rice/wasabi based on your preference. The saki selection was also great and complemented the meal well. Fantastic hospitality and will be back!
