I’ve been coming here since it was El Congrejo. The food is still good, and the prices aren’t ridiculous. However, I feel charging gratuity for 1 or 2 people is ridiculous. My waitress had to be called twice, she didn’t come check on us. Then when I did call her, both times I was told to give her a minute despite us being the only customers in the restaurant (she was sweeping the closed side of the restaurant). I waited over 10 minutes til I called her AGAIN, and she still didn’t come right away. This is what happens when restaurants start doing automatic gratuity charges, the waitress will no longer care for customers because they’re automatically getting a tip. I was going to leave her a $6 (and that was pushing it seeing as she’s wasn’t around), and I ended up tipping almost $10 based on our total. That’s pathetic!! Hopefully they can correct this, because I love coming here.

Food was extremely salty and funky smell… cevice not the best and a table full of drunk people getting really loud and they add the tip to your bill no one says nothing and we end up 18% tip plus 15 more in cash so like 30+ tip for a table of 3

Woot! Woot! I found a great seafood place at reasonable prices! The ambiance felt like an escape from the city to a vacation destination. I love the decor and everything was so clean. The food we ordered was excellent! This is a BYOB, which we didn’t know…but we look forward to returning with our own cervezas! * Please note there is a gratuity added to all parties of 4 or more.*

Today I ordered my fish and It came dry and completely fried and I didn’t like it, because I had ordered medium and soft. That’s enough, no more business for this place. I will bring my patronage to someplace else.
