I don’t know who was working today or what new hire made our two classic cheese pizzas but these the BEST pizzas I got from them in a while. Someone was happy to be at work today. It taste like they made it for themselves then gave it to me. Added a lil seasoning from home and had to write this. The crust was so soft and fresh tasting.

The poor staff are overworked and frequently I’ve received notifications that my order was ready, but in actuality it hadn’t been prepared yet. I understand that everyone is stressed out and busy, but it’s very disappointing to wait for an extended period and then receive the wrong order. I am frequently presented with meat on my orders, but my family does not eat pork, chicken, or beef and I have to throw away my food. It’s a waste of everyone’s time, resources, and money. I don’t blame the employees that are clearly trying hard under difficult circumstances, but there should be ways to get refunds easily or at least confidence that my order was actually prepared according to what I paid for. Instead, I pre-pay using the app that they promote and receive food that I cannot eat after waiting for two hours. Please help your employees and franchises because they’re working hard.

I ordered through the app upon arriving to the store my order was not ready. After waiting 10 minutes for the app to alert me I go inside and when staff finally decides to come do their job its discovered my order has been sitting in the back the entire time. Not loaded into the portal or in the warming rack behind the counter. The manager a white dude with no customer service skills proceeds to give me 2 clearly Luke warm pizzas. Never again just because it’s cheap does not mean that it should be subpar.

The manager had 10 customers waiting for 45 mins for orders they already paid for. The young Lady in the store was really helpful, but he kept ordering her to help him instead of the customers .

It’s cheap-er pizza. The staff was friendly and made some jokes while I was waiting, which made the wait not bad. Depending on who is working you get better made pizzas at times. All in all a quick cheap-ish meal if need be.

Considering it was Super Bowl Sunday I was impressed how quickly I was able to get a couple pizzas and bread to go. I love the step up over Little Caesars more cheesier and more pepperonis on their Pizza. The presentation looked great and was delicious!
