Put an order in at 11pm waited an hour for the guy to tell me. I’m closing the kitchen no more orders are coming out. I asked why wouldn’t you just cancel the order then. He had no explanation. I asked what about my refund he said call in the morning. I’ve called 3 days straight no one ever answers. I’ve called customer service no answer. I called corporate rude answering lady will not listen she hung up on me twice when I asked for her name. I will have to dispute the charges to my bank. There was also 3 other customers waiting and the same was done to them.

This location needs to be shut down. They have screwed up every order I’ve ever received from them, and they don’t carry soda even though they sell it. My latest experience was the worst yet. I have never been served a worse pizza in my life.

Ordered pizza well before midnight they waited over an hour to cancel my order because they “were closed”. Why make me wait to so long to cancel ? Online it says you don’t close until midnight !!!????

I had a similar situation to the other people here and I’d give this store zero stars if that were possible. I didn’t even get to choose which store I was buying from, if I had known this place was my only option I would have ordered from a different company. I ordered hours in advance, it still took doordash nearly an hour after my order was supposed to be delivered to tell me that the store was actually closed and they were going to cancel my order. No one answers when I call the store and I still haven’t received my refund.

This has to be by far one of the worst Little Caesars chains I have ordered from via the mobile application. I have had to call numerous times in order for a worker to actually answer the phone. In addition, the store closes unexpectedly at times despite its open hours being posted on Google. I have lost so much money dealing with this restaurant. I personally do not recommend anyone ordering from here again.
