Drove to this location specifically to get a pizza. I tried to call before going in, but no one answered the phone. They didn’t have any premade pizza except two cheese pizzas. They said they’re about to close so they’re not making anymore; however, it was 50 minutes until closing time. Several others drove up and had the same experience.

Food was good, but waited almost an hour for a mobile order. Understaffed. Poor dude walked out of his shift while because customers were yelling back at him and then they were even more understaffed. Hot as heck in there too. Food and my experience weren’t terrible, but I can see why they’re having a hard time hiring. You can blame dude for walking out on his shift, but at the end of the day if the employees aren’t being taken care of it’s not their business. I would’ve done the same.

This particular Little Caesars employees never answer the phone for anytime a customer has an issue. We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, we didn’t ask for thin crust yet got home with Ultra thin crust,cold half burnt pizza to the box.. Terrible. I will never spend my money here again and probably why they don’t have many customers as they used to

Order was placed at 8:30 online when my wife arrived they could not find the order. Order ended up being pushed over till next day at noon pick up. There was a male and female working. Female was trying to help my wife and male employee became irate and left. However, he started walking around the parking lot when he came back. Due to his behavior, my wife was scared to stay and so she left before she got the issue resolved. My wife stated he was yelling at female employee

Went in on Sunday to pick up a pizza and it was absolutely stifling in there. There was no AC or if there was AC it was 100% inadequate. I wasn’t concerned about me I was concerned about the poor employees that have to work in those conditions with hot ovens running. Though OSHA technically doesn’t require employers to provide AC Little Caesars should be ashamed of themselves for making their employees work in these conditions. It was 106 on Sunday and the poor employees look like they were just trying to get through the day. I would call corporate but I know corporate will not do anything so hopefully a Google review will make you guys consider what you subject your underpaid employees to.

Did a delivery as it’s the only option online. Order 8 items and only got 4. By the time I got my order they were closed so we didn’t have enough food for our family and our friends family that we are helping out. My last order from you was messed up but I took into account that it was Friday and you guys were slammed but this missing half my order is not cool. You have lost our business! I’ll be sure to let everyone know.

The store constantly gets new employees and new rules but nothing ever changes the staff doesn’t enjoy their jobs nor do they enjoy making pizzas you never have hot and ready pizzas and if you do they are old and nasty & then you would us 10 minutes to have pizzas but that’s never the case I ordered a extra most best pepperoni and it literally had 10 pepperonis on it and I ordered a ICP and was given a pepperoni pizza in 4 squares guess that’s who got my extra pepperonis from my pizza so now I’m waiting an additional 10 minutes And the lady wasn’t polite or empathetic at all for their mistake I don’t want anything free but I do want what I paid for if that makes sense it’s also only 1:00 and was 12:40 when I arrived so technically you just opened everything should be fresh/ hot and ready as your company calls it

The Little Caesars at Pine and Peoria is very easily the BEST location in all of Tulsa, no questions asked. The quality of food, the interaction between customers and employees is what the industry standard could and should be. I cannot possibly say enough great things about this particular location. Stellar food and stellar service. No matter how far I might move away from this location, the drive will always be worth it to me. They ARE the standard. Period.

Absolutely appalling experience! I ordered on the app and received a message that my pizza was ready for pick up. I arrived at the restaurant 2 minutes later. After waiting at the drive thru (with busted windows and plywood backing), an employee finally came out and told me that they were closed. I told him I had ordered and paid for 2 pizzas and he said that they had been closed about an hour and had no pizza orders. I asked about a refund and was told to request one online. There is no way to request a refund online except through the feedback portion. It’s been a week since I submitted it, and no response.
