I purchased a pepperoni pizza and was in and out of there in less than three minutes. I grabbed a slice from the box before I left the parking lot and it was hot like it was fresh out of the oven. This is the location you want to visit if you’re looking for hot and ready pizza at an exceptional price. As you see they added plenty of pepperoni as well. It was absolutely delicious… What a great deal.

Placed an order online, they waited until the delivery driver was there to pick up the order to inform me that the cheesy bread I ordered either had to be cancelled or I would have to buy 2 since they ran out of the boxes for the cheesy bread. I asked if they could put it in a different box, (it’s just cardboard, not that big of deal) THE MANAGER informed me that then he’d have to charge me for a pizza to just put it in a different box. My family doesn’t need two cheesy breads, we only wanted one without having to pay extra for their shortcomings. Needless to say I cancelled my order and ordered elsewhere. This manager is not great at being in the customer service industry. He was useless and rude. Because of not being able to accommodate a few extra cents hit on a different box, they lost out on $40+ this order and much more for the future, as I will never be ordering from there again. I sure hope corporate or the owner of this store sees this, so this manager may appropriately be trained to be successful in the customer service industry.

Went thru drive thru to get pizza. Cashier rang is up wrong so called manager over and took him about 10 minutes to delete the order and do it again. He was confused how to do the money, it was ridiculous. Then told to wait 10 minutes and come around again to get the pizza. They weren’t that busy and there was pizza filled up in the keep warm cases. Live 5 minutes away and when got home Pizza was old and hard. What was I waiting for if you’re just going to give me an old pizza. I love lil Caesars, have been buying it since 1990. That was my worst experience ever! Hope there’s another location near me.

I have been visting this little Caesar’s Pizza for the last year since we moved here I thought for the longest this food chains goods quality has gone down but that’s not the case. I got pizza from a location in Baytown and it was amazing ! For the price of course. So now I know it’s the poor management and lack of effort from all the workers at this location.

This place used to be awesome when it first open even though the drive through never work instead of getting hot and ready you get cold and ready and the people at the window need more verbal skills I do not understand there lingo and it’s time does feel like they’re doing something they’re not supposed to be doing that their motor skills are very slow at times

I love this place I don’t go to Little Caesars much I used to but when they’re pretzel crust pizza first came out in 2014. I never got to try it. Every time it came back I always got one and it’s so good they should make it a permanent menu item
