Alejandra C. has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen plus she needs to be more presentable. She needs to brush her teeth as I was grossed out by her appearance plus she needs to be more polite. I do not understand why she has a job there if she looks depressed . When I asked why they didn’t answer the phones she replied because we’re busy.

Forty minutes for two pizzas. I understand they were busy, but that’s extremely long to wait for two pizzas even if they weren’t the Hot n’ Ready pizzas. The pizzas were good, but I’d recommend a different location if possible. If the app hadn’t given me a time of 10 to 15 minutes, it wouldn’t have been as frustrating.

These high school kids need major customer service training. The management of food is horrible. I stopped by at 8pm and they had nothing ready and was told that I had to wait 20 minutes to 30 minutes for the order to be ready.

Horrible and super rude place to buy… Never again going there. Super young staff that have no respect for anyone. Please stay away from this place.
