Ordered a pizza, came home to realize there was hair in it. Called the store 40 times on my way over there and no answer. I walked in with the pizza and asked for the manager. I asked the manager if they wear hairnets while being in the back and he said yes. As I was going to show him the pizza with hair a guy with hair up to his waist walks back there. Seems to me he was the one making them. His hair was loose. I pointed it out to the manager he didn’t have a hairnet and he proceeded to ask me what was the issue. I showed him the pizza and I pulled the long hair from the cheese and crust. He didn’t know what to say. I demanded my money back. They don’t follow simple protocol in wearing a hairnet. Mainly that guy with the long hair. Since every other guy in that store has short hair but still. Never again will I come here. It was disgusting. A hair can carry dandruff or any other type of thing that can cause anyone to get sick by ingesting it.

I was at the drive thru waited, probably about 10-15 minutes, and no one took our order. While we were waiting, we saw that the crew members were playing with pizza dought on the front counter and bounced the dough on the wall by the entrance of the counter (not sure it was the restroom door) and continued to play with the dough on the counter with his bare hands. He saw us while we waiting on the drive thru and still continued to play with it. That was disgusting. We just left and went to other locations. I should have recorded when that happened. Ugh. The description of that person is a heavy set with long black hair with a beard with black glasses. This happened around 4:50 pm.

We always have trouble in this location, because they don’t wanna make a costumized pizza, just because, there’s like 3 times that we went like around 9:50 or 10 on fridays or weekends and they said that after 10:00 pm they don’t make costumized pizzas it’s ridiculous because they close at 12 on weekends then we call the manager and he always end up making a costumized pizza oh and they never answer the calls, it’s ridiculous forreals!!!

It was a bit packed around 3:15pm. There was a bit of line since they are strictly drive thru. It’s fine, and it did take a while it took me about 20mins to get 1 box of hot and ready pizza. It would’ve been fine, but it is the hottest hour in Laredo. I got a tan just sitting in my car . It’s not bad, friendly service, very affordable prices, just go when it is calmer around 4:30pm or before lunchtime, or anytime around 6pm-7pm. It’s busier other hours. All in all, definitely my go to places especially since it’s close by my house, so it’s convenient.

When you crave that “cheap” pizza flavor and need it fast. You get exactly what you pay for and that’s not too shabby. Their promotional items are also pretty good and definitely worth trying. They tend to not answer their phone at least an hour before closing or during a rush so order through the app or be sure to have a plan B.

If you’re in a hurry or simply want a pizza as quick as possible, this is the spot, one can also call and order in advance or even order through the app in case you don’t want to wait in the line, you’d just need to go to the front door and pick up your pizzas. I highly recommend the hawaiana and the Supreme which has vegetables and different types of meat, just consider that this might take a little while to be made so I’d recommend to order this particular one in advance.
