Very bad customer service. My supposed to 10 min and ended being more than 30 min since they messed up on my pizza. Cashier was just back and fourth checking if the pizza was done. Did not even apologize and she clearly said to her co workeers I have been messing up alot like a joke. Clearly place is a mess and it is my first time coming here. whack service!!!!

Great pizza, I always order pizza with extra sauce. Otherwise it comes with Like 5 bubbles which I hate. They charge for extra sauce, around 4 bucks. With extra sauce it looks normal, without “extra” sauce is terrible. The other stores charge only 99 cents so I order from there instead.

Called five times and they never picked up, this specific little ceasars is always lacking good customer service and management. Last time I went for a calzone pizza and only that pizza I ordered, they told me it’ll be ready in 15-20min so I went to my car to wait; once it was almost time I went in for my order, cashier girl seemed hesitant since she kept going back and forth to the front and the back only to come back and tell me they didn’t do the pizza so I had to wait another 20minutes. I called for the manager (which she was rude and giving attitude, no apology for the pizza) and got my refund but the cashier girl has to speak up, she seemed imitated and I guess she was new.

4 years ago I would’ve avoided this Little Caesars, but today I can proudly say I’m a happy returning customer. Staff for the most part is friendly, and online orders are made quickly. Keep up the improvements.
