Very professional staff at this location. From recommendations to assisting with carrying out my order. This staff was endlessly helpful. The pizza is an obvious great choice. However I am not partial to the wings. The buffalo sauce honestly just tastes like black pepper with a very mild almost non-existent hot sauce. But they make up for it with other food choices, such as their Cookie Dough Brownies.

First time using Little Caesars pizza portal and I am very impressed. Ordered my pizza on the app, received an email when my order was ready and received a qr code to scan. Arrived and scanned the qr code and the pizza portal opened automatically with my fresh and hot pizza and crazy bread. Well done Little Caesars. Thanks for making it a positive experience!!

Ordered 2 pizzas online and given a pickup time. Arrive 20 mins later than the time set to give buffer time. Pizzas are not there because they were given to someone else. On top of that, my options are to wait or get my money back because it was my fault the pizzas were given to someone else. Then I ask for a manager which I get an 18 year old kid who is also cooking the pizzas. He pretty much told me to pound sand. Worthless people. So I ended up waiting like half an hour until they could remake the pizzas. As I’m walking out, another person is having the same argument as I. They wrongly gave her online order to someone else.

I was on a long trip and was ignored for 30 minutes here. I said excuse me eight times. I was ignored each time. Once I got attended after 30 minutes I was hit with a 20 minute wait time. What happened to hot and ready? I left the store imminently. My family lost sunlight light on our trip. Get more hands in your store.

Worst service !!! I was in line and the guy in front of me wanted to cancel an order of cheese bread because they had taken so long and the girl told him he couldn’t cancel it.. what kind of bull*** is that .. and the cashier if you don’t like your job quit .. hot and ready yeah right heard another lady said she had like 45 mins waiting .. Plus they are super rude and make faces at you.. never again I prefer to go to New one in Mines Road even if it’s farther .

This was my first time ordering from this location. I ordered online to have a pizza picked up between 2:27pm-2:32pm. Not only was the pizza not ready (to which I had ordered 30 minutes prior) but when it finally came ready it was more crispy than anything. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. There was no stuffed crust and the cheese practically slid off each slice. If I could I’d give this experience a -1 for the customer was THE WORST EVER!!
