We decided to celebrate my mom‘s birthday dinner here. We arrived around 4 o’clock, the place was empty. We were served properly with drinks. I ordered a happy hour special that tasted like an orange Creamsicle.(pictured). I forgot the name of it, but it lacked alcohol. It was good, however because it was hot outside. Our food order was taken and we had fried catfish, dirty, rice, grilled vegetables, Mac and cheese,shrimp and grits, and for dessert we sampled the banana pudding. The food was hot and seasoned to perfection. Our catfish was fried a little hard because we’d ask for that. Everything was tasty and we will definitely come back again.

Overall I’d say this place is amazing! The server was very friendly, The chef was awesome and the food was to die for! My dad got meat pies and shrimp and grits and I got a crab cake and a burger! So yummy! My dad said its the best shrimp and grits he has ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants great service and a happy belly!!

Had an opportunity to try Lizettes tonight for the first time, excited at having a good local Cajun place. The green tomatoes were crunchy, nice remolaude and great overall. The jambalaya main course was excellent as well, good spice and nice and saucy.

Place was great and so was the food! I was surprised that it opened at 1 pm. Luckily we came right after it opened. I loved the jambalaya. The fries my wife got were also very tasty.

First I like to say Thank you for the Best Service I had since I been in Florida. . The Server to the Chef came out and talk to us while the food was blazing hot and fresh. This place is a must go to and eat. Bring your appetite because it’s no Joke. The food is Fresh and dine in is super clean. I’ll be back no questions ask. I would had gave it a 10. The bomb.

Arrived here in the evening and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. While the band set up we had our order put in for drinks and an app promptly by a wonderful lady who was our delighful server. The fried green tomatoes were amazingly tasty with the shrimp and sauce on top. They were mouth watering to say the least. For an entree I ordered the jumbalya. It was great because there was enough for leftovers which were eaten the day after. The entree came with a homemade corn bread that tasted like the chef hand ground the corn meal himself which was extraodinary. Speaking of the chef, he is also the owner! He actually came and asked us how our food was which was really cool. I wull definately recommened and I will be returning soon I hope.

Amazing food!!! Absolutely lives up to Louisiana quality!! Y’all, this food is ON POINT. I’m from Louisiana, and I’m tellin y’all, THEY GOT IT OVER HERE AT LIZETTE’S!!! We tried the etouffee, the jambalaya and the gumbo. Also, don’t sleep on the chips and queso Banana pudding and Cajun cake that’ll make you wanna slap yo mama!!
