This place is different idk if they changed cooks but the food is terrible. Idk what the beef taste like and the chicken don’t even taste like chicken. I’m never eating here again. I am glad they got rid of the girl with the hat because I had to catch myself because I can be just as rude with that you wanna fight hat on!! I’m like yea I do!!!

They are usually good but guess it depends on the cook at time of service. One thing that gets to me is the rude cashier I’ve never seen someone as rude as her in a food establishment especially for no reason. For that reason alone I stopped going and its a shame cause I traveled far just to have their food. She’s running your good paying customers away.

I work across the street and after a day of getting slammed with people, I walked across the street and tried to order some Chinese food here. I have to say the young lady at the counter was probably one of the rudest people I have ever met. I tried asking if they had any combination plates for lunch specials because their menu is overwhelming and hard to understand if you have never ordered here. When I tried to ask her she cut me off and waved her hand at me saying, “No, no, I don’t know.” The best part of my visit was realizing I forgot my wallet and had to leave and not give them one cent of my money!!! I don’t care if this place is across the street and convenient, I will pay extra for delivery and excellent customer service!

The food was pretty good however the orange chicken while tasty, the sauce was soooooo thick, it looked like glue. Such a turn off. If they got that part right I would order it again and give five stars. I also had egg rolls, combo rice, and pot stickers all good, delivery was fast. Just please, please fix the orange chicken because I couldn’t even finish it.

Don’t be nice to the lady in the window!! She is very rude. The lady in the window worked there for so many years. She should have better customer service and a better attitude! For some reason they stop taking phone orders and have a clusters of people inside waiting. When I went inside to place my order she walked away from the window to do something else.

Food is pretty good. Customer Service is terrible. No one acknowledges you when you walk in the door. The person at the front just sits on their phone until they decide to look up at you and then have the audacity to yell “What you want?” They act as if they can’t hear and is constantly rushing you for the payment. They literally yelled at this elderly man when he was still counting his money out. Very rude. Multiple times I have had to tell them that they forgot my free food and they just say that they have forgotten. I dont think they tell customers when they are eligible for free stuff intentionally because it used to be printed on the receipt and now it isn’t. Now I have to find another place to get chinese from, due to their negligence and unsavory behavior. I have been getting food from them for over 5 years and once the older Asian people left, it has been going down, in regards to customer service, since. I would have given this place 5 stars but if you can’t appreciate your customer base, then you don’t deserve the positive reviews.

The food was good and the workers were courteous when the restaurant first opened. Now, the vegetables are never fresh the food always tastes old and flavorless!! Additionally, the workers are extremely rude. I placed an order over the phone and the call taker wouldn’t allow me to finish a sentence before she started talking and then hung up the phone when I attempted to ask how long before my order will be ready. (and hung up several times when I called back). I sent someone to pick it up, he stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while the 3 females played with their phones and giggled among each other behind the counter. I will never spend my money in a place where the servers are rude and disrespectful when the food isn’t even good!! I think I’ll call the Dept. of Health!!
