The great detail about Venezuelan food is that most of it is Gluten free, our restaurant feature plates that are different and light. Arepas in Venezuela is used like bread, is made out of corn flour with a mixture of fresh water and salt these are made as patties and stuff with any of your favorite protein or even vegetarian options.
