I have been ordering from this place for over 2 years, but we have noticed a sudden decline in the quality of service, food and quantity of food. We thought the last 2 times it might have been an off night, but it seems this has become a permanent factor. We have always ordered the salchipapa with French fries and hot dogs and the amount of French fries given has been cut by HALF. The price of the food has always been a little higher than what is comfortable but now it’s not even worth it. We won’t be ordering from here anymore. They use to give us extra sauces when we asked, now they count specifically exactly how many sauces and charge you for each.

This place has a policy that if you order takeout, you need to bring not just your ID but also the card you used. If you don’t bring the card, they treat you like a thief and try to withhold your food. Yes, guys I bought a $10 burger with a stolen card and then showed up in person to pick it up, totally plausible! What’s wrong with these people?

I have been coming to this place for a long time but haven’t had good experiences lately. Service is very poor, last time I was charged for something I did not eat because the server failed to explained what actually was on a hotdog, they rather loose a costumer than change one hotdog. On the good side, it’s one of the only places that stays open until late, only worth it for take out as service takes forever and is very messy. Food is alright.

First off this is one of a few good places to eat that is open late. I often have difficulty finding a restaurant that is open after 11pm and this restaurant stays open til 1am, 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. This restaurant has a good variety of food. We highly enjoyed their burgers and quesadillas. They added a nice twist of putting chips on a lot of their food which added some texture and a dash of saltiness. They even have multiple unique dipping sauces (pineapple, a pink sauce, and a green sauce) to accommodate the different flavors you might be wanting. All the food items we had were very full of flavor. We especially liked their fries, they were nice and crisp. The staff were always nice. We never had anyone wait on us that spoke full English, however they were very accommodating and did a great job meeting our needs. We were never dissatisfied with their service. Food portions were plentiful and we even had enough food leftover to take home for the next days lunch. The menu was on a QR code on the tables, but they also had extra large printed menus if needed at the register.

I usually never write bad reviews but what I experienced today was a bad look for the restaurant. There was about 4 servers and the start of our experience was great they checked in on us and brought us our drinks. I hadn’t gone there for some time so I had to look over the menu a bit. After I decided to order the food it didn’t take too long to come out. I finished my food and they picked up my plate. We were sitting there for a while waiting for someone to bring the check. It was almost 20-25 minutes that we were waiting on someone to come back to our table. My partner saw them pointing and laughing at us during this time as well. I honestly wish the service was better because the food is always amazing.

Los verdes is one of the best latin food restaurants and one of the only places open till late. Ive been coming to this location since i was back in high school over 6 years ago, the service given and the food is top quality every time i order dinner! They’re very responsive and pick up the phone quickly. Maria is incredible and gives the best care every time i go. Im always greeted here everyone in this place is amazing!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was mediocre tequenios and empanadas we’re stone cold. Our server neglected us the entire time and made the experience that much worse. Overall I would score it a 0/5 but that’s not an option. We didn’t even get a chance to complain about the cold food because our horrrible server never came till it was time for the check. Avoid at all costs… L

Empanadas came out cold, we were confused because we didn’t know who was our server.. they took 20 mins to acknowledge our existence and neither server checked on us after we got the food or anything. We wanted bare minimum for our server to check in and ask about the food or get a refill at least and we had to ask someone else to get us waters because our server was gone for another 20 minutes. Overall, terrible service and the food was okay, quesdailla con todo was great but empanadas were cold like they were microwaved for 15 seconds under a desk lamp
