The Chicago Tribune Wednesday Food section had a review of this restaurant. The critic stated it would have made the list of the best tacos in Chicago but, it opened after the the list was announced. We tried three different selections. Every one of them were Awesome. Especially the al pastor tacos. In the future, we will be making that 28 mile drive again and again.

I have followed Lucidos tacos since they started their business out of their 1st floor apartment complex. I would have their delicious tacos every time I visited my parents or purchase their meat by the pound to enjoy at home! They have come a long way and I am pleased to see how they have expanded their menu. Everything is delicious their salsa has great flavor and as always…great service. Definitely a hidden gem you must try in Little Village.

love the Tacos de alpastor . they are so delicious and honestly my favorite of all 26st. they also offer taquizas/catering for your party’s. yall definitely have to check them out. the menu has tortas,burritos, tacos and a few dishes and aguas frescas.

The Pastor tacos were really good. I love that it a someone’s house. Parking is a little to none there but it’s worth driving around to find one. The chorizo tacos were delicious. They also carry the Mexican coke In the bottle which just goes so well with all the tacos. The steak tacos were the only thing I didn’t like. They lacked tenderness and very little flavor. The service was great and very friedly people. Defitnetly come check them out.

Lucido’s Tacos has the BEST authentic Al Pastor tacos you can find. I recommend you do ask for the pineapple on them. It is a family-owned restaurant so the atmosphere is always pleasant and I love being a regular here. If you want to bring a delicious dish to share in a gathering, order the taco meat by the lb to-go and your friends will thank you for it. 😉

Came here once before for the famous Al pastor tacos and was let down, I couldn’t find the meat in the burrito..and the tacos were missing the pineapple. Second time around went for tacos and again not living up to these other reviews, tacos are small, the asada was wack, and the green salsa was bland. On to the next taco joint.
