I used their website to place an order for delivery. I was charged the money and received an email receipt. When I called asking where it was at, the rude operator said she had no record of it and they really don’t use the website. Asked to speak to a manager to clarify this and was on hold. Then Nelly got on and said she had no record of my order and there was nothing they could do because the website was old. I told her I could email her the receipt. She said she didn’t have an email. She was equally as rude and then hung up on me. Literally 2 minutes later, my pizza was delivered. Wild way to run a business. Pizza was good but I’m not bothering going back to them.

DONT EVER ORDER PIZZAS FROM HERE. Absolute joke. No one answers the phone, pizza delivered over an hour later, what a nightmare. Literally drove over there to see what was going on sat on hold for a half hour!!! Horrible. Should’ve given me a refund. They didn’t care at all. Terrible customer service.

Great tasting pizza, trash service. Had me waiting for an hour in the waiting area after calling the order over the phone and being told it would be 30 minutes. After the wait no apology or anything of that nature was given.

AMAZING!! 10/10 Would definitely go again. The food is delicious and definitely worth the wait. It does take a bit long to receive each food item if you order alot but it is worth it to wait. The music is nice and it doesnt take too long to get seated, although i did go when it wasnt too busy. 10/10 amazing.

Really good pizza! It was my first time ordering, and the pricing online is way different from what it is the real price.. customer service when you phone in is very polite.. I should warn you there’s a 4% debit and credit card fee off the total of your order. This is not stated to the customer anywhere online.

Pizza is excellent my go to in my neighborhood! They give you packets of fresh parmesan not the cheap prepackaged that’s a big plus in my book shows they care about quality! Great fast service

My order was late .I called and they said they were backed up. Didn’t even apologize . If you are using app , or online order , if you are backed up, it would be good to let your customer know with a call , text etc.
