I don’t usually write reviews but I’ve eaten at this Manchu Wok for the past 15 years, never skipping it if I have a flight, and it deserves a five star rating. The spicy tofu is amazing and the orange chicken and lo mein are always solid. I’m not sure if the people giving one star reviews are expecting a three michelin star restaurant in the airport but for a quick bite this place is perfect.

The Manchu wok quickserve restaurant is located in the Chicago O’Hare airport. It is your typical Airport Food Court, Chinese restaurant. They were quick to serve the food, and the food was actually quite well portioned and good tasting. if you are in terminal C and hankering for some Chinese food, I suggest this as a place to go. The price was in line with all of the other quick serve restaurants in the food court.

No flavor just salty, lo mein was bad which im surprised that you could make that bad. Kung pow the worst I’ve ever eaten. Beef and green bean was even worse. Definitely deserves lower rating that a 2.7 and I recommend get the water its the best thing they serve.

If “zero” star was an option, that would be what I rate this food service. First of all, the staff was quite impatient and rude as they kept rushing us to order when we were the only two in line. We quickly realized we just wasted 25 dollars as we started eating. Inedible! The rice in the fried rice was way undercooked–you could taste the hardness of the grain when you bite into it. The broccoli was undercooked as well and they were cut rather large in size which made it even harder to eat. The mushroom chicken had total of TWO small slices of mushroom and drenched in overly salty sauce. They did the ultimate injustice to the ingredients and should be tried and found quilty in the food court!

Food was good. The lady taking my order was sweet but I changed my mind and asked “actually can I have the veggie roll instead of the pot stickers” & she got confused and thought I wanted both & her male coworker was impatient with her & said what’s wrong with you I’ll do it. I told him it was ok it’s busy. He didn’t have to be rude to her. But I also found a medium sized hair in my food. It’s possible it’s mine but mine is pulled back & long and hers was not pulled back very well

Vegetables undercooked, rice and noodles overcooked, with almost no seasoning. Black Pepper Chicken should be called Black Pepper Vegetables, barely no chicken. Same for the Pineapple Chicken. Only go if you’re vegan and/ or don’t care about taste.

Came from Greece and was craving some this type of food. Not sure if It was my taste buds or the food isn’t the best. It was good but not the best. Got orange chicken which tasted sour, pineapple chicken was good, and noodles were okay.

Absolutely disgusting restaurant. They clearly don’t change the oil on their fried food. Overall, some of the worst food of this category that I’ve ever eaten.
