Great food, good quality, very clean restaurant and good customer service, I would like to mention an explanation to Mr.pharaoh about his comment: 1- he ordered try whiting fish and he got whiting 100%. He claimed thats the fish he received from the restaurant was a catfish, I explained to him on the phone thats wasn’t catfish also I told him to come back with the fish to show him the difference between whiting and catfish,, but he closed the phone in my face claiming he was catching fish for years ,,,,!! 2- he claimed that I told him his order will be done within 10 and when arrived wasn’t done and I started cooking his fish without gloves!! I told him on the phone please allow 10 minutes waiting time for your order soon it’s paid , then I Cooke his fish with my glove on I have an evidence audio and vedio camera system. Basically he hasn’t say the truth about his story with Manhattan restaurant. Manhattan’s been there over 13 years serving the community with the best quality, customers service, and been helping a lot of peoples who needs help .

I love the food just don’t like customer service. Placing a order is just too much. ladies don’t have a system in place so they just everywhere the wait time to place an order is longer then the actual food being prepared. Ijs! Come on ladies y’all have to find a system that would work for y’all and be able to accommodate your customers in a timely manner

I haven’t tried the food yet however the disclaimer written in someone’s penmanship states you have to check your food before leaving their not responsible etc etc . Well I did so and unfortunately my hush puppies fell. The two employees were not going to charge as they seen the incident and I picked up the items from the floor…Moe decided to charge me again. Without speaking or saying a thing. The young lady with blonde hair as well as customers set bewildered as I was paying again. I didn’t like that. I didn’t mind but you could’ve said anything. The two employees don’t to say they wouldn’t have charged me. Customer service goes a long way. So there for “Moe” your Service rendered a 1 star
