We frequent Marco’s delivery and normally have a positive experience. We have bumped into issues along the way, which are going to be unavoidable and have remained patrons. The pizza we received day before yesterday was worse than cardboard. It was drowning in grease (you can see your reflection in a puddle in one of the pictures) I have attached pictures. I am very disappointed. What a negative experience.

My first and last time spending money here. My order was 45 minutes late and once it arrived, we received the wrong order. I called immediately and was on hold for 12 minutes then the call was disconnected. At that point, I decided to return the incorrect pizza to the store while trying to call back. I was on hold the entire drive to the store. Once I was there, I saw 4 employees just laughing and joking with each other, no line, no reason not to pick up the phone. The young lady that handled my complaint called herself the manager but didn’t seem like she was managing much. She was rude with no accountability for their mistake. There was a young man making pizza with no gloves on. Another young man walking around with pants hanging down and underwear out, just unprofessional and unsanitary. Won’t be back!

The food here is okay. The delivery drivers are disrespectful. I ordered all of this food and pre tipped just for my food to be dropped off In a very rude manner because I didn’t recognize the number calling me, the driver said he would’ve just drove off. Marcos customer service number doesn’t work at all. I am highly upset. Also the website that they have for you to leave a survey on requires a code that is NOT printed on the receipt.

The manager Ky is very rude and disrespectful. She told me they don’t honor the pizza that they advertise but 2 other employees say they do. It looks like spit was on my pizza and I ask for a refund. She refused to give my money back.. I will never order from there again.

This was my first time eating from this restaurant on Laburnum and they need to cook the food longer..it was very disappointing and I’ve never had issues at the Southside store, everything is always cooked to perfection and delicious!! This store on Laburnum needs some advice or something! Will NOT be returning to this particular restaurant! Do better guys! Cook the food correctly!

Noticed didn’t change gloves or wash hands during changing of task. Was kind and friendly, but someone should check their serve safe certs. Someone’s gonna get sick. Plus the place was kinda messy in the back. But they seem to be a good bunch.
