I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful flavors of the soups and sandwiches on Friday after my husband’s procedure at Park Palace Surgery. I’ve been back all weekend and again today Monday the 17th. The soups are helping with his nutrition & healing process with no complaints about eating them for several days. My/Our new spot for sure.

We had lunch at McAlisters in Lafayette yesterday. The crew was very short staffed but they managed to keep things rolling and did the best they can. Management is awesome. The lady who I assume to be the manager always says please and thank you to her staff no matter what she asks of them, and you don’t see that often. As short as they were the staff made sure all customers were ok. Every company works short but it’s how you handle it and they do the best they can with very little appreciation.. Great jobs guys. We will return

Extremely slow service 2 trips ina row. Would not recommend. Obviously low on employees consistently with the cashiers all over kitchen getting things ready while trying to man register with the line piling up. Do not recommend.

Went in there before closing time. Went in before 9:00 PM yet I was told the customers in front of me was the last order. Lazy worker refused to take my order and I was the last person in line. She took 3 white people order in front of me but then I was the last person in line, black person at that, and time me I could not order. This is not how you condone business.

The chips had been repackaged in a smaller bag. Looks like they took a normal small chip bag and split it up into two bags. About half as much as I used to get. With COVID still prevalent, I’m annoyed that the clips have been handled by the restaurant instead of just selling a factory sealed bag.

Went inside to get a pickup order and waited and extra 15 to 20 minutes to get it because absolutely no one was at the counter. Tried to get the attention of the workers and was repeatedly ignored. Multiple customers were also upset over this.

This place is filthy. The first table we tried was sticky, along with the seat of the chair, and the floor. My shoes stuck to the floor with each step after that. At the second table we tried, my grandchild stooped down to look at something on the floor. It was a maggot! I noticed a second maggot under the table! The third table we tried had a small gnat flying around us. The floors in the dining area are filthy, and bathroom was not much better. The health department needs to pay this place a visit.
