9 out of 10 times my ice caramel coffee never has caramel in it. Every time I come here I already know this is going to happen. If I don’t address it when placing my order then it will happen. Please advise and put more effort into serving your customers. I am not coming back to this McDonald’s for a long time.

This place has been wonderful! Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a very long time! Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant, and bathrooms. The Playplace is open and very clean for the kids. Service is very fast. My burger was put together perfectly, all the patties were nicely stacked on my triple cheeseburger. It was textbook perfection. If I could give the place 10 stars I would. Definitely will come back!

Was not a safe experience for me and my kids. Came here because they wanted a play place to go to after a doctor’s visit. The play place was small, my 5 year old had a hard time playing on it. There were no places to get drink refills, ketchup packets, or napkins, but they had straws at the front. The items were available when asked for. I thought it was really weird being a newly rebuilt location that they wouldn’t have these available. By the time we left, there was a crazy woman going nuts because her food wasn’t ready. Started hitting things and stuff went flying everywhere. We came here to relax after the doctor, visiting here made me remember how bad an area this was in!

Poorly managed store. Saturday nights line wrapped around building. Doors locked at 9:00pm because they are apparently short staffed. They hired all the people that will only work the day shift and when they’re scheduled for the night shift they call out or don’t show up. Hire some people that only want night shift and can work weekend. You won’t have this problem.

I came in here on a Sunday, I ordered my sons food and was told the promotion I had didn’t include cheese.To which I replied that’s fine I’ll pay the cheese slice additionally to be added to the burger.She proceeded to cash me out to which I than realized she charged me an additional 1.59 for a burger which my coupon covered for free, when I called her over so we can go over it she came so aggressively yelling telling me I told you I was going to charge you for cheese, taken back by how angry she was for asking about the charge, I said yes I know I see that charge for .75 cents here on my receipt but there’s also another 1.59 charge. I tried to show her the receipt line for line and go over it together she was so aggressive and angry saying no your wrong I know what I’m doing till she actually looked down and realized she didn’t apply the promo hence the 1.59 charge for the burger that was free. Once she realized she snatched the receipt out my hand didn’t say a word or an apology and went to the register and under her breath said to another cashier “ I didn’t apply the promo so I charged her extra can you refund her” she walked back to her area didn’t say a word to me. As I was getting refunded by the other cashier I saw that what I thought was my coupon was sitting by the register not cut off, I thought it was mine and wanted my remaining promos so i kindly asked ma’am is that my coupon sheet? She again reacted so angry and aggressive over a simple question and starts yelling about how how other people come in and I’m not the only one who used a coupon etc just yelling about it. I’m like ma’am I’m asking a simple question I’m just not sure if it was mine or not and since I just left the register I assumed it was mine. A simple yes or no would’ve been sufficed you don’t need to be so mean and angry. She continues to start yelling even more to where I finally reacted and said She needs to calm down and go on a break if she’s to overwhelmed or having a bad day. Customers shouldn’t be a punching bag when your having a bad day. Just how I treat people respectfully I expect them to act with respect. People make mistakes but you don’t have to get mad at me after you over charged me and became mad because I questioned you about it. I asked for her name she refused so I took a picture of her. Come to find out she’s the manager. I couldn’t be more appalled. On the way out of ran into another customer who was just there and said they had a dispute similar earlier and that lady was so rude to them also. I have no idea what was wrong with this lady but I think that management position is affecting her and she’s overwhelmed. I will be contacting HR.
