I went through the drive-through just for a cup of senior coffee. I believe a young woman waited on me. I asked her why the coffee was so expensive. She had an angry disposition and said everything has gone up mame. I told her to STOP it was too early in the morning. She left the window, and another young girl appeared more polite. Anyway, the coffee was not good, too much water.

To order your food at the drive through takes like 15 plus mins. And to top it off no employee has the courtesy to say hey I’ll be right with your or sorry for the wait. And not sure if they understand English cause when I drove up to the window the employee asked what my order was. Really sir. I confirmed it with the person at the first window and I’m the only one at the drive through. Who else ordered. Lol. I was still speaking when the employee just closes the window and gets someone else to attend me but the worse part is they move like sloths. It shouldnt take 30 minutes to get a large drink. SMH They need to work on there customer service and speed especially when you have one to one customer.

It’s an updated or newer retail interior. Typically understaffed with long lines at drive thru and counter. Employees are uninterested and seem to put in 50% effort and express 100% disgruntled additude (typical of most fast food establishments).

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s location. The cashier took an unnecessarily long time to take my order, and never bothered to clear the screen so I could view the menu properly. But what really stood out was her bad attitude when I picked up my food. She was rude for no apparent reason, and it really left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never experienced such poor service at this location before, which is a shame. When I approached the manager about it, I was disappointed to see that they seemed indifferent to the problem. I really hope that this location can improve their customer service by training their staff to treat people with respect and kindness, because the way I was treated was completely unacceptable

One day the drive thru was a long line. So instead I decided to get inside and order. Was with my kids. Place my order get everything and I asked if I could get a small cup to pour water in, because my son who is autistic always mixed his orange fanta with water. And to my surprise the the lady who handed me my order tells me that the rule have change they are not allowed to give water in a cup. I was like okay I just walked out beacuse of my kids I didn’t want to start arguing for a cup of water. Had to deal with my son crying the whole ride to another fast food had to order a drink just to get a cup of water and they indeed give me water. I am never going back to that place

This McD’s is out of my regular territory, and I wish it wasn’t. After a business meeting in the area, I stopped in. I ordered in the parking lot, waited about 10 minutes and went in. It’s early lunch so I expected it to be packed inside, but it was not. They manage flow well. I walked in and he greeted me by name like an old friend. Working with him, she made sure I had everything I needed, even when I initially just stared in stunned silence . Y’all made my day, Thank you!!

the manager or whoever she was closed the store early for one…. and she was standing at the first window just talking and screamed at the man who was running burnside and window and everything i felt so bad for the man bc she yelled at him in spanish he didn’t even know what she said but it was so rude… she just kept giving attitude and rolled her eyes everytime she looked at the window and purposely ignored it and stared at me… i did not appreciate this what so ever because the man was so kind and he did his best to get everything done… people just hire anyone atp her name was sulady

Usually don’t come to this location because multiple people I work with have told me some of the employees and managers are rude and will make you wait when you are inside. After a few times going here and not experiencing that I started to go here. Just left without food. Manager had me waiting for over ten minutes at the register while every three or four minutes saying “just a second”. I stood patiently until after ten minutes. I said politely “excuse me It’s been ten minutes I have to get to work” She was rude and annoyed that I said anything and said in now a nasty tone “I said I’ll just be a second”. I left. I was the only person inside at the register that whole time I watched her get a dozen or more drive through orders ready with many small breaks where she could have come taken my kiosk slip and taken my two dollars and nineteen cents. Instead was treated very rudely. Never going to this location again. Should have listened to my co workers

This was a very neat McDonald’s too visit, The pictures gives you an idea of what the inside was like but there was music to go along with it. My French Fries were hot and the music was cool. I am 59 and if you are of the same vintage you would enjoy a stop at this McDonald’s.

Never been anywhere that dipping sauce is not included with chicken nuggets. You have to pay extra per sauce. Gracious enough that the ketchup is free, tho lol. Food was fresh and fast, at least. (Got 20 piece nuggets and a smoothie.)
