The place smelled awful. Two of the employees were fighting. So I ordered 4 bottles of water. I literally watched the person go in the back and bring the water and restock it in the refrigerator. They then made me wait 10 minutes for it to get cold. Yeah drinked 4 warm waters. Never again !

There is a man working here who has an attitude for no reason every time we come. They always say their ice cream machine is broken, so they never offer promotional desserts like grimace shake, shamrock shake. It’s disappointing. And in Carytown, you would think they would want to be great, but they’re not even close. I will say there is a female manager who runs a tight ship. When she is there, there are usually no issues.

They get my order right at least 50% of the time which is not complicated or unique I’m just ordering stuff as it is on the menu. Most of the staff is fine but there’s constantly people walking around on their phones in the kitchen which is incredibly unsanitary.

This place is lucky they didn’t get the police called. Went there to get two 20 count nuggets. When I got home there were on two 10 counts. Called the manager and they said to come back. I came back only to her shorted in both boxes and food thrown out the window at me by the person running the window. They had a sign with the franchise phone number on it. Called. Nothing. Will not be coming back.

Everything looks ok, no signs, you choose the only one available indoor table, you take all you food out of the boxes, you start eating, and….the store manager asks you to leave because indoor eating is not allowed! Just in the middle of the process! You take all your food and 2 kids and go outside. That’s it. Bad experience

2 females working the front the young lady was on her game. The other one with the glasses needs to be retrained. She never asked what any of the 6 of us standing at the counter needed. The younger one was visibly stretched thin between fries, window, going outside and us pulling her back and forth due to she being the only one trying to help us. 20 minutes for 2 McChicken sandwiches and a small fry was too much.

Waited 30 minutes for a 3.50 bundle and drink. Very unorganized. Auto kiosk took order and it never showed up in their queue. Inside was extreme chaos! Dirty tables and they could not keep up with the orders. Should have closed the inside to just service the drive thru.
