They don’t take the codes from the McDonald’s app but just let you futilely enter them at the kiosk and don’t put up a sign or even a note on the scanner. I understand they can’t change the programming but they could put up a notice rather than let people keep trying. It doesn’t give an error when you scan or enter the code, just resets the screen, so you don’t know why it isn’t working

Paid almost $12 for a deluxe chicken meal but was unable to eat most of it. The chicken was burned and chewy on the inside. The frys dripping with oil that tastes like it hasn’t been replaced in a week. If I wouldn’t be hungry this would have gone directly in the trash!

Walk up counter version McDonald’s at O’Hare Terminal 1 near gate B12. Open early and was glad to a fresh brewed coffee while waiting to board my flight. They have the option to order at a couple of screens so you don’t have to wait in line

Usually a safe choice compared to other lackluster airport options, but if you can eat before arriving at any be of the Chicago airports, do it. On this visit our soda/pop was completely flat, and of course, at the airport your always in a hurry, so we just had to toss them. Ordered at a kiosk, but the printer was broken.

They were handing out orders left and right they were really on it! Ordered through the app to skip the line and got my food quickly. Did, however, ask for no cheese and received cheese, unfortunately. I couldn’t do anything about it due to not realizing it until at my gate, which I should have verified.
