They’re just kinda not cool. Like they ignored us for 20 minutes. Attitude was bad. Refused to make the order too, had to wait again and order with someone else. Food made me sad. Half way tempted to call the health inspector dept. Dirty tables. Poor discipline of staff hygiene. Would give zero but the ice cream machine was working. Cook straight up told us to that she doesn’t want to make our order. Also get a load of this trash can

This McDonald’s is pretty disappointing. I was not satisfied with my experience after I went here. I ordered a chocolate shake from one of the restaurant’s order kiosks with no problem. There was large crowd of people waiting for their food, so it took me 35 minutes to get mine. While I was waiting, I found a seat by a baggage claim carousel and did some other things as well. When my order popped up on the screen that’s sus which orders are ready, I found out that my chocolate shake wasn’t there because the ice cream machine was broken. There weren’t any signs posted about this anywhere and the automated order kiosk didn’t tell me this either, but I don’t know if it’s able to. I asked an employee if I could get my money back or some items of the same amount, so I asked for a decaf iced latte, but it turns out they can only do hot decaf drinks, so I ordered five chocolate cookies instead. Angry with how long I had to wait to end up not getting what I originally wanted, I immediately left and started eating my cookies. I also shared them with some people I was waiting with. When I got to the last cookie I realized there were only four, which want the amount I paid for. However, I let it go because I couldn’t prove this. I gave this McDonald’s two stars because I had a very long wait only to find out they didn’t have what I ordered, and they gave me the wrong amount of what I wanted. However, the cookies were good and I did leave the McDonald’s for quite some time, so they could’ve announced it while I was gone.

Shout out to the 3 staff members working tonight!!! They easily handled over 30 orders in the 20 mins I was there and processed everyone’s very specific needs (a refund, several sodas no ice, strawberry shake — ALL the requests). They kept their cool among the crowd of customers and got my order exactly right! THANK YOU!!

Used Kiosk with time stamp of 3:06 and got my order at 3:43. Twice I asked for status, 1st time he just looked at receipt and thought he was going to proceed to fill order; 10 mins go by, I try n interrupt him to ask and he brushes me off and says he needs to go on break. Ask other guy who fills in in front, show him receipt n say there’s no reason I should wait almost 40 mins for food. He then fills my order. They should have refunded me my money!!!!!! Do better!!!!!!

Visited on Feb 17 during evening and placed order for 4 combo meals. Food never came up nor did anyone assist/follow up with us. We paid but had to leave as our bus arrived and we had to depart without meals. After MANY phone calls (mostly unanswered and a couple of times a manager told me to call back later as she was busy), I finally reached another manager named Edgar who was the only individual at this store who seems to care and indeed did take care of us. THANK YOU >> EDGAR << We appreciate you and give you personally 5 stars. However, the overall rating for this store still only earns a single star.

I ordered coffee with cream and 2 sugar, took a long time and got the order after arguing with the staff at the counter but they gave me without creamer and sugar. I was so frustrated after a long wait and did not wish to speak up as I saw thugs like staff of Mc Donald. Very sad to see this chain has been operating with minimal customer service in the reputable US airport. Will never go there again.

Absolutely sh**t location and horrid staff who have no interest in working there. Super bad quality fries, refried a few times and left out, and the girl and manager at the counter were both full of attitude and very rude to several customers including me. No one is forcing you to work, quit if you can’t do a simple job!

Terrible experience. Someone stole our order and the girl handling the take outs started shouting at us blaming us for the stolen food. It was her job to check that she is giving the order to the right people and should ask for the receipt for proof of purchase before allowing people to walk away with the order. Teach your employees basic manners!
