The workers at this restaurant are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a bad experience with the workers but decided to give them a second try because the food was ok. The person that answered the phone tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never give this restaurant business again. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you knew me you would know that I don’t leave reviews. I don’t comment when service is bad because I have worked in the industry and know that everyone has a bad night and so I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. This person was so rude that I couldn’t let it go. The owner needs to do some serious training with the staff.

I AGREE AND HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS THE RYAN REVIEW ON HERE, THE OWNER OR MANAGER WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS SO RUDE, HAS AN EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE, BOTH IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE!! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, DON’T EVER ORDER WITH THIS GUY OVER THE PHONE. HE WRITES YOUR CARD INFORMATION ON PAPER WHERE IT COULD BE SEEN OR TAKEN BY ANYBODY! AND HE WILL LITERALLY DO OTHER THINGS BEFORE CHARGING YOUR ORDER! IF ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCED IDENTITY THEFT AFTER ORDERING HERE, IT SHOULD BE APPARENT HOW IT HAPPENED! THIS GUY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS, OR WEATHER HE LOSES CUSTOMERS FROM HIS BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK HIM IF HE RIPPED UP THE PAPER HE PUT MY COMPLETE CARD INFORMATION ON, HE SNAPPED AND YELLED AT ME! AND I HAVE NEVER ORDERED WITH A PIZZA PLACE OR ANY RESTAURANT FOR THAT MATTER WHERE THEY DON’T PROCESS THE CARD IN A CONFIDENTIAL DATABASE WHERE IT DOESN’T GET SAVED, AND GETS CHARGED RIGHT AWAY. HE IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE DOING THIS! I HOPE THE BBB CHECKS UP ON HIM AND STOPS HIM FROM DOING THIS WITH PEOPLE’S SENSITIVE INFORMATION! I AM SO ANGRY AND UNSATISFIED AT THE WAY I WAS TREATED. MY PIZZA HAS NO TASTE, AFTER BEING STRESSED OUT THAT WAY! Awesome, burger joint! I love the highly personable service and yummy All-American selection of foods here. There is a real small business, local mom and pop, family owned vibe, which makes me even more happy to dine here. My go-to is the char-grilled turkey burger and the zucchini fries which might I add, are made from scratch. I am never disappointed when I eat at Boulevard. The food is fresh, prepared quickly and to your exact specifications. You can also look right over the counter and see the chefs cooking your food. The entire staff is friendly, helpful and polite. I’ve even been pleasantly surprised at the deliciousness of there healthier meal options. I reallyyyy like their chicken salad, it’s rather impressive for a burger joint. It does get a bit busy here, around lunch time so I would definitely suggest calling in your order, if time is of essence. I highly recommend Boulevard Burgers!

My son and I have been on a “best burger” search for a couple of years now. We heard this place was good, so we took drive out to the valley. I was happy with my chili cheese burger. The chili fries were good also. If you’re in the area, give it a shot.
