Good customer service, however my order is often prepared incorrectly. Not sure how; I simply request feta and sauce only but I get everything I don’t want. I then have to scrape it all off including the sauce and feta that I actually wanted that now taste like raw onion. Sandwich making can not be that difficult especially when you have an order slip. It’s definitely Hit or Miss, good luck.

This place is never a disappointment! Since moving to Brookline, this has become our go to Thursday night dinner spot. The food & portion sizes are excellent, you can’t beat the prices and the staff is always amazing! No long waits, always checking on us, promptly refilling our drinks and even sharing some laughs! Never had a bad experience! Compliments to all staff!!

The location downtown and this one might as well be two totally different restaurants. Downtown, you get a “what do you want and keep it moving”. This location, had friendly staff, smiles and nothing that could make someone feel unwelcome. They even take credit and debit cards! I’m sorry for assuming this location was like that downtown location. The food was even better.

I absolutely love your food..been a faithful customer for many years . However today is June 22nd 6:26 pm the server who is currently working if cant handle her job. She yelled at me about how I am placing my order I was apauled..this never happened to me at the Dormont location which I live very close too. If you can’t handle about 20 customers and have customer skills and at least keep a fake smile FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!! Customer service is important!!!!!

I ordered 3 gyro meals and only received 2 sides of fries. I also ordered a quesadilla for my 8 year old and asked for the Jalapeños to be put on the side….. there’s jalapeños cooked all through it and it’s too spicy. I was asked if I could drive back but I am not in close proximity. I wanted to eat my gyro before it got cold. The only thing that was offered to me was a basket of fries the next time I call like gee thanks I would’ve appreciated the fries I paid for to go with my meal! You could have at the least offered an entire meal for the inconvenience, I wouldn’t have left the review if the mistake was fixed properly. Ordered 4 meals and couldn’t even put enough napkins in the bag? Highly irritated and won’t be returning!

Ordered food Togo. When I got it home I found the lettuce was brown and wilted. The onions were soggy and the salad was inedible. I usually am happy with this place but not today. Disappointed…..

Disgusting old lettuce that they charge extra for and cold overcooked fries. Never going back. Plus it’s overpriced. 20$ down the drain, avoid at all costs. Guess the ingredients have taken a hit with the recession
