Plenty of seating room at this ocean-side taco stop. The food was pretty good — the guacamole was flavourful, the chips were well-salted, and the complimentary bean soup was good. We ordered a variety of tacos and while all of the meats had a good, tender-cooked, texture, they were not super flavourful; more seasoning in the slow cooking process would make them truly great. The prices are reasonable for the portion size.

Great local place with nice seats by the window! If you get there early you can sit with some great views of the water. The salsas are really good and they have plenty of options for food. We really liked the relaxed nature of the restaurant.

Food, service, and view were great. We ordered a variety of tacos but especially liked the fish tacos. The eggplant tacos were a nice vegan option and the bean soup was really tasty. We were lucky enough to have a table by the window with a view over the bay.

I stopped in for a breakfast burrito before a day of hiking and it was quick, affordable, and tasty! They plate it like a large taco and one was enough for me because I didn’t want to be stuffed. It’s a cute place with a nice view and friendly staff. What’s not to like!

This place is a real gem! We had breakfast – chilaquiles – which were delicious. Fresh tortillas made to order for the chips and an amazing green hot sauce to spice it up.

This little restaurant, with its short menu, is absolutely outstanding. The service is largely self-service, but we ordered one Entrada to split for lunch along with chips and salsa and the portioned it out for us without us asking. Everyone was very friendly. The salsas were both authentic and unique. The sincronizadas were both different and just delicious. We’ll be back for sure!

I had the 5 tacos, I tried one of each(el pastor not available), and each one was so flavorful! And the side of beans was delicious, full of flavor! I am a local, and I will be back!

Great food and atmosphere! Veronica is amazing and helpful. I left my purse in the restaurant, she called me personally and met me mid way to hand it over…Needless to say I am floored! Be sure to check out this restaurant if you are on Whidbey Island.

This is without a doubt the best Mexican food on Whidbey between Coupeville and Clinton (I haven’t spent any time in Oak Harbor to compare to anything there). The tortillas were grilled fresh, the chips and salsas were tasty, and the tacos were very, very good. Nice to find grilled fish options instead of just battered and fried. Think less tex-mex and more fresh, genuine Mexican food. So happy they’re back!
