I arrived to Mr. Gyros around 1:30 and I got the lunch special. There wasn’t much of a line in the food came out fairly quickly. The food is always constant and doesn’t disappoint. But the only thing I would request is to bring back the Sriracha hot sauce.

First off I will say, I have always loved Mr. Gryos and their food! But I will say this location goes above and beyond and has the best customer service! Taylor took our order & was SO kind and answered our questions and made sure we had everything! Nowadays it’s hard to find good, quality customer service & so had to give a shout out when credit is due!

Great service and great food! First time visiting and I have been missing out. Plenty of parking, clean inside dining. I got the special which was a salad and gyro melt. The food left me craving the place and I’ll definitely be going back.

I have been here a dozen times and always order the same thing…the salmon dinner but today I ordered and it was extremely DRY! Was bringing to someone in the hospital and didn’t realize of course until I got there..called back and their “policy” is you have to bring the food BACK UP THERE for them to do anything about it..like I just used my work break to drive all the way up there and now have to inconvenience someone else to do it..smh. Not good customer service. A simple credit would have been wonderful

I stopped in on my way to visit family out of state. I’m from Ohio and I can tell ya that the customer service was a hundred times better than anywhere in Ohio. The owner was in the store and recommended the classic gyro, omg I have never had a gyro melt in my mouth like that. The taz sauce was so fresh and creamy that I had to get a side of it with some pita bread for the drive back home.

I usually visit the location on Metcalf Ave, which is great and the original (to me) which we always make a stop to when visiting KC. This location seemed to be more friendly, but was interestingly empty, and on a Saturday! I am cutting down on the carbs so I had the chopped salad which was good, but could have used more feta. That is one of my favorite protest chants, “More Feta! More Feta! More Feta!” If you haven’t had a gyro anywhere else, try here first, and every other place will disappoint you. And, I must recommend strongly the Dolmades, served hot (as they always should be) with fresh lemon squeezed over the top of them. The location is okay, dressed up in the usual Greek they have, but alas, the strip mall aesthetic doesn’t do this great restaurant justice. Just sayin’.

It’s really lazy cooking and final product is just thrown together. Definitely an Americanized version of Greek food. Even the meat was dry. There are better Greek places than this chain.(edited the review – food is below par)

Eh. Pretty expensive now and portions dropped. Very plain. Can’t keep workers for more than 3 weeks. Peppercinis taste like kalamto olives. $18+ for a gyro, drink, and small salad… while you’re right next door to Joe’s KC? It is no wonder why your store is a ghost town outside of 4 total hours the entire week.
