Very clean. Efficient & Professional staff. My sandwich was very tasty, and I would frequent this location again. Parking lot was clean. No one seemed to be just hanging around. I felt relatively safe. But I always keep my head on the swivel and “Regina” is close by .

I don’t eat much Fast Food. But I love my Roman Burgers. I have been served by this exceptional person in the past. But after yesterday I have to leave a review. You don’t get good Customer Service like this. He’s tall and handsome and should probably be in a suit. However he’s the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. What he does for a living cannot be compared to anything because you can tell he’s on it. I went across the street for a shake after ordering my food. When I came back this nice gentleman was waiting. I didn’t get in the door hood and he handed me my sandwich. I just wanted to give kudos to this restaurant I’ve always received good service here. And please keep up the good work. Yah’s blessings to you all.

The guy at the counter obviously had no interest in customer service, rude and abrupt. I haven’t gone to Mr. Hero in a very long time and now I remember why. I wanted a cold sandwich, they cooked it, I was really looking forward to the waffle fries but they tasted like they were made the day before in old grease. The only smile I got out of him was when I put a tip in the jar and now I’m sorry I did. I will definitely never be back.
