I have been going to Mr Hero for the last 30 years here in the Cleveland area and this location is by far the greatest hands down. They are the cleanest, quickest, always accurate, and always freshest order when I order take out. Customer service is no good nowadays, but here Im reminded what its like. Thank you and keep it up!

Placed a order through door dash then called restaurant to make a change and no one picked up until 15 calls later then she stated they were busy and she will customize sandwich, 39 mins later I received food and it was wrong, so I called restaurant And 30 calls later lady picked up and as I was explaining she hung up on me. Now no one is picking up and door dash gave me 4 dollars credit for a 25.00 order that is wrong…..

I loooove this Mr. Hero & have never gone to any other location. I like to call ahead & they have it ready right when I get there. The owner is so kind. They accidentally made me a 7″ instead of a 10″ & they gave me an extra 7″ for free. Been going here for a good 25 years & that’s the only time a mistake was made.

Good and friendly service. It’s old school practice is nice. I had a large order for 6 people so he gave me a slight discount and free 2 liter. That was a common practice when I was younger ( 80’s) but not too often anymore so it was a nice incentive for return business. Also I called my order in and Lou was really busy but stayed friendly and 15 minutes later when I arrived it was all done and very fresh.

If you’re thinking of coming here for food knock yourself out the foods pretty good. If you’re coming here for the service you’re not gonna get it, pretty simple. They make a mean sandwich so it can be tempting, but pick a different location if it’s convenient.
